I took it for granted

The way of life has changed, was used be normal will never be normal again. We are entering a new level of normal, a different normal. But not how it used to be. And to me it feels like an era has come to an end, 2020 is indeed a new beginning to many. Thinking back, I feel like I have taken many things for granted. Though I can not turn back time, I did learn (and I think many of us) that we have to be grateful for everything in life.

Starting today, make it a priority to make a list of the things you are grateful for. Or take 3 minutes of your time to think about the things you are grateful for. Lift up your mood, mention the little things that you wouldn’t otherwise think of. Such as being able to hear, to feel, to smell, to taste. The little things in the end is what really matters. Your health that you might take for granted. Your legs, your arms and your heart. All healthy and working, be thankful for that. Even though if you’re not healthy a 100% or you have things that might limit you from doing certain activities, be thankful you are alive and breathing. Be thankful that you are you and you get to live another day. For some, they have taken their last breath last night.

Attitude for gratitude will make times like this easier and more bearable. Take care of yourself, stay safe and be mindful.

3 Exercises without (almost) exercising

Many of my friends who saw my YouTube video of last Sunday, have sent me many great comments and compliments and it is much appreciated!!! Thank you all ❤

In addition to my video, I am sharing with you a few things that you can do so you will enjoy the present moment more and add meaning to your life.

1. When your energy is not aligned with the higher source (Universe, God, Spirit), you will feel very negative, sad, annoyed, irritated, and or angry. Sometimes the smallest things can trigger those feelings in us. To go back to your positive self, just stop what you are doing and take a couple of deep breaths. Close your eyes and say to yourself (loud or in silent) “Life IS beautiful, NOW!”, say it 3-5 times and open your eyes. Look at everything around you and realise the colours, the forms, shapes, sounds and relax.

2. This is what I like to do most of the time when I do not feel like I can be in the now because my mind cannot stop thinking. I would like to go for a run somewhere in nature, I have to at least be surrounded by water or trees (nature). I love getting everything out of my system that is negative with every step I take. But instead of running, you can go cycling, go for a drive or take a walk.

3. Read. Knit. Drink coffee/tea/juice. Eat something you really want. Play an instrument. Write. Draw. Sing. Whatever you enjoy doing, just do that for a little 30 min. Smile when you are doing it, be in the moment of what you are doing. Observe yourself and feel it! Feel that you are singing, hear your voice (whether nice or not, WHO CARES), feel the emotions that arise in you! You will feel much more relaxed and happy by the time you finish or stop.

Sometimes we feel it is difficult to be in the present moment because we think too much about past and future. But all that we have to realise is that NOW is the moment we are living in, and NOW needs all our attention. Whatever happened, already happened, and whatever is coming is already coming. When you are in the moment and you enjoy your life, the future will change, it will change for the better, because you have such positive vibration, IT’S THE LAW!

What a journey

As many of you know, I moved to Australia in July 2015. I had a goal in mind, and a journey to accomplish that goal. If I told you now that it all went well and as planned I would be telling nothing but a lie. To you, to the Universe, and to myself.

I’m telling you guys, if I would put in percentage how much of the journey went as planned I would say only 15%!!! Yes, true story.

The job in mind did not work out as planned, the person I thought I was in love with in the beginning was nothing but a hopeless dream, the apartment that I lived in was anything but home and the circumstances I landed in were only confusing, challenging with a lot of stress.

NOW…. I can tell you that I have learned so many things that lead me to something so beautiful and amazing. Whatever is in my life now is so much better than what I have hoped for. I can tell you that the journey was nothing as planned but the goal is still the same!

Moral of the story is that sometimes things do not go as planned because you need other skills and experience to get to your goal. We will not always understand this as our ego and stubbornness is always kicking in when we do not pay attention. But I feel that my goal is so much easier to reach now than before. Sometimes we have to go with the flow and adjust. Nothing bad about that. Stay true to yourself and keep your eyes on the journey. Learn your lessons and always stay thankful and feel blessed.

  1. Everything that you didn’t spend during each day would be taken away from you.

  2. You may not simply transfer money into some other account.

  3. You may only spend it.

  4. Each morning upon awakening, the bank opens your account with another $86,400 for that day.

  5. The bank can end the game without warning; at any time it can say,“Game Over!”. It can close the account and you will not receive a new one.

What would you personally do?

You would buy anything and everything you wanted right? Not only for yourself, but for all the people you love and care for. Even for people you don’t know, because you couldn’t possibly spend it all on yourself, right?

You would try to spend every penny, and use it all, because you knew it would be replenished in the morning, right?

ACTUALLY, This GAME is REAL …

Shocked ??? YES!

Each of us is already a winner of this PRIZE. We just can’t seem to see it.

The PRIZE is TIME

  1. Each morning we awaken to receive 86,400 seconds
    as a gift of life.

  2. And when we go to sleep at night, any remaining time is Not credited to us.

  3. What we haven’t used up that day is forever lost.

  4. Yesterday is forever gone.

  5. Each morning the account is refilled, but the bank can dissolve your account at any time WITHOUT WARNING…

SO, what will YOU do with your 86,400 seconds?

Those seconds are worth so much more than the same amount in dollars.  Think about it and remember to seek blessings & happiness every second of your life, because time races by so much quicker than you think.

I can’t afford that

I can’t afford that

It’s already the end of September and I CAN NOT believe that the time flew by so quickly. It felt like everything went so slow but then I realized just this morning that we only have 3 months left of this amazing year 2015.

And then I became aware that I can’t afford losing my feelings and thoughts and days and time and everything I own on the things I do not want and on the negativity that people bring. I can not feel bad or feel sick when I have A CHOICE that I can feel good! And I ABSOLUTELY can not afford a day without reading something that will inspire, motivate, and or help me to grow.

With that being said, I also realized that I can not afford another day, week, month or year just planning things and not taking actual actions. And all of this came to me this morning while I was on the train going to work, when I realized that it was the 30th of September and what have I reached so far.

I am a goal freak, and not seeing myself growing and moving forward can drive me crazy. And I hope that everyone of you has the same thing. So here is another amazing thing that you and I can do to finish this year with a full feeling of satisfaction.

3 months goal list!

What have you done so far? Where are you now? What do you still have on your goal list that is a MUST for 2015? How can you get there? Make a plan and make it WORK! Even if you will not achieve as much as you wished for, you can at least take action, and who knows 2016 might be an AMAAAAAAZING start for you.

Don’t forget to reflect on what you have reached so far. I am so proud of myself by what I have done this year, and it has by far exceeded my expectations.
