Meaning Of Life

How many more blogs can I ever write with the title “Meaning Of Life”?.

As I was sitting in the subway yesterday, my eyes fell on this old man holding a laptop bag. He looked really tired, it was the end of a working day, so fair enough. But he didn’t only look tired, he looked drained from his daily life. BUT who am I to judge, maybe I just didn’t see it well, OR I just misunderstood what I saw.

I just felt sorry for this old man, he looked like he was 60 years of age, maybe a bit older. I started wondering what he had done with his life. It just doesn’t make sense to me. Not that I am living the life that I have always wanted. I still don’t know my complete destiny, and there are many days where I doubt myself and feel down. But I cannot complain, I thank my God every day. I just feel that I have to make people aware of life and the meaning of it while I am looking for it myself and share my experiences. 

BACK to the point! I wish that people will find their own meaning of life, as in asking themselves what they think life is and actually follow their path to freedom. I wish that for everyone because we are all souls that want to discover life and not work ourselves to death and regret the things we have not done in our healthy years.

My meaning of life is going back to the core of your soul, developing and being as spiritual as you can be. That means, accepting life as we see it, help to make the world a beautiful place for yourself and for others, and follow your destiny.

The secret of all the secrets of happiness

All these books and the quotes and the teachers and the legends and life coaches giving us the “secret” of happiness.

I don’t think it is a secret anymore, because everybody knows about it, everybody has experienced happiness whether it was for a long time or just one second and everybody is talking about it. But the thing that surprises me is that it’s not even something that is common sense for humans anymore. People put it as a priority, as a goal. But should HAPPINESS really be a goal on your list? Something to achieve in the future? I don’t think so, that is so weird. How can you achieve happiness if you don’t even know what it is. Because if you did you would have felt it right?

They say happiness is in the most simple things in life, it can be achieved when you are grateful for the things in your life. But if it was so simple everybody would get it, everybody would recognize how happy they actually are. However, that is not the case.

And then I kept asking myself, am I happy? What is it, happiness? Where is it hiding? So after thinking and over-thinking and reading and puzzling quote after quote I found my answer:Ā F*** IT!

Yes that is my answer :), because if you stop giving yourself a headache about what is going to happen in the future and keep worrying about things that has happened how will you ever find happiness. It is in the very moment that happiness is ready for you. In this moment right now, where there is no desire for the future. Where all that has happened and all that is coming are only an illusion. You have got to let go.

Now, I’m not saying to stop thinking about the future and stop dreaming and setting goals for yourself. But once you have done that, let the universe take over. Work for your dreams one day at a time, if you have to take a different way to achieve what you want just let it be. F*** it, and go with the flow.Ā 

There it is, not a secret at all. It is very simple, yet difficult to do.

Tips and tricks

My first day without cigarettes, man it is hard! I’m moving all the time andĀ I cannot focus a 100% on one thing, I’m doing many things at the same time. Looking at my phone, blogging, writing my thesis, eating, thinking about running, thinking about when to book my tickets, where I should stay, who is passing me by now, what are people doing. ALL OF THIS at the same time in my head.

BUT until now I managed NOT to smoke, even though I want to run to the store now and by a new package.

So to keep my mind away from the cigarettes, I am now listening to some zen music.

I have read on the internet that eating bananas can help you stop quitting and also vegetables. They also recommend to not drinking coffee because it will give you the desire to smoke a cigarette as well. This is because smokers associatedĀ cigarettes with coffee. SO this morning I did not have coffee but a forest fruit tea. I also brought my vegetables with me to school. And one last thing is to drink lots of water so you will get the feeling of being full. Every time I think of a cigarette I take a sip of my water.

Last but not leasttttt is will power, I WANT TO QUIT PERIOD!

Mission failed

Hey everyone,

I had and still have a bad habit………. Smoking šŸ˜¦ I tried to quite a few weeks ago but unfortunately I failed. I couldn’t resist anymore and started again. It is such a disappointment because I do feel that I inspire with my running lifestyle, and so I want to be a good example for people.

HOWEVER! I like to inspire people through my imperfection, showing that I am a human and I do have bad habits as well. That it is possible to change and that I am working on it. So there it is…. I failed in quitting but on the other hand an new chance has been created to stop.Ā 

Anyways, looks like I’m trying to find some excuses to keep smoking, but no I’m not. I want to quit but it is harder than I thought. So I did some research on the internet on how to quite. I found a few good things that might work for me. Anywhoooooo I cannot promise you or myself that I will quit immediately, I do however, can say that I will definitely be smoke free at the end of June, or even sooner. Does that sounds like a good deadline? I think so.Ā 

I started smoking when I was stressing out with some things (school and other stuff)… and now I have been feeling very guitly for even starting. I also have some troubles with breathing sometimes. That caught my attention, and I started reading stuff on the internet about smoking. I must admit I got scared. Next week Monday I have an appointment with the doctor and to be honest I am scared. Now that I’m writing this… lets put the deadline on next week Monday, the sooner the better.

So this is my weakness, and I’m a little bit embarrassed, but who cares. I think that if I am the person that inspires you, than you have the right to also know what my weakness is, just so you guys know that I’m not perfect. But I AM working on it.

You are a present to life

It is a shame that people don’t see the greatness that is hidden in them and with this blog I would like to remind you how great you are.

We all came to this earth with a purpose, and that purpose is your goal in this life. You have all the talent and qualities that you need for this particular dream of you, you just have to dig a little bit and get them out of the box. What you have within you is something special, it’s unique, that is why we all have different dreams in life that we want to reach. What I want you to do is use those talents to get you where you want to go, and along the way you will learn and improve those beautiful talents.

Never think that you are here on earth for no reason, that you are here to work 40 hours a week and take care of others and forgetting yourself. You have to find out what you really want and like to do in your life. Remember that we only have one life, and that we should live it to the max!

When you make a list with all of your goals that you want to accomplish before exiting this life you have to remember that you are writing these goals because you know you can do it. The subconscious mind knows that you can do it, you just have to remember again what you are capable of. When you align with your goals and dreams, the universe will start working with you. Although it might not always goes as planned and how you wanted, but it doesn’t matter how you go, all that matters is your learning experience and reaching your destination.

You are a beautiful soul, and you can do so much beautiful things in in this life and for the people around you. You are truly a present to this life, you make it happier, and more adventurous. The universe will not be the same without you, it will not draw so many smiles without you, it will be totally out of balance if you were not here. Chase your dreams and be proud to inspire people with your story.

You have what it takes to become the person you have always wanted to be and dreamed to be. Dig into your box and get your talents out there. You and you only can do it, and should believe that it is possible!!!!
