Where will you be at the end of 2020

The year is almost done, the DECADE is almost finished. We are entering a new era in my head. We are entering 2020, the year where THIS TIME THINGS WILL BE DIFFERENT.

The energy is different and the goals and dreams are bigger and higher. So what can we do to make a change this time? Do you feel you are the same person as you were in 2015, 2016, 2019?! What have changed within you and in your life, or not? I am getting more aware every day, I am getting a better and clear vision of what I want in this LIFE.

First thing I want is to LOVE myself and ACCEPT myself. To give myself everything I want and deserve. I want to live full and die empty. Everything I want in this life has to be done, experienced and lived. I AM MAKING A CHANGE A REAL CHANGE THIS TIME.

I have lived in pain for so long, I have been undermining myself for too long, I have not looked at myself properly and told myself I LOVE YOU, TRULY for a long while. I cannot live like this anymore, and I know I am not the only one. I know many feel the same, and want to excel emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.

ASPIRE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LIFE AND IN THE LIFE OF OTHERS.

How are you going to do this and how will you start? I have come up with a plan. The small steps plan, everyday I have to do something as little as eating healthy, staying hydrated or writing in my diary. Every little step we take will at the end make the difference as it will add up to the bigger goals and dreams.

Get yourself a piece of paper and write down your goals and dreams for 2020. Then write the months of the year and break your goal down to make it smaller and to fit in each month. Now break down the month in weeks and write down for each week what things and steps you have to do and take to reach your monthly goal.

Goals should not only be money or work related but also:

Health

Relationships

Self education

Self love

Spiritually

etc.

End of 2020 I will for sure and proudly say I am a different Eman than the year 2019.

Life never stops teaching

How many of you think that one day they will be free from problems? How many of you think they will be free from worry or free from the less-good things happening in their life?

I personally think we will never be free of any of that at all, unless you are dead. Then you have no problems at all. You will be then worry free, stress free, problem free, anxiety free. fd9e02ea-10b3-4d56-8991-7a637350e5db

Why is this? Because life never stops teaching and we will never stop learning. In order for us to grow and to get somewhere amazing we have to keep learning, it just never stops! And don’t feel bad about this, because it is actually a good thing! WHY? Because it means that you are developing yourself and becoming a better YOU! Sometimes growth is fun, and sometimes it is less fun and we have to dig through the dirt to see the sunlight.

When I realized this today I felt a bit of heaviness off my shoulders, because the moment of being free of all that will never be here, and it is something that I do not and CANNOT chase. The road that kept leading me into a wall is not on the map anymore, I have erased it. Instead I see it from a new different perspective. Every level has its challenges, and see them as FUN challenges, the ones where you get to know yourself better and go more inwards.

We will not suffer when we grow and reach our goals. Absolutely not, as a matter a fact I think we become even better at solving problems and at “worry”, because we know how to handle it and worry even less. We will become more peaceful with life and with ourselves and allow ourselves to grow. But you have to allow yourself to rise, do not Pas de promessesresist or it will only hurt you even more.

We become a better version, more polished and get through life much easier and with more joy. But before we can enjoy that version of our (future) self, we have to understand that life will never stop teaching and we will never stop learning.

The Art of Allowing

Dear friends,

I have been affected by the full moon lately and it has been challenging me in so many ways. I know that some people think I am crazy, and that is fine too!

Through this full moon energy I have been teaching myself something very important and this is also something that has been giving me a peace of mind. It is the Art of Allowing… Yeppp this means: allowing energy to flow, allowing people to be, allowing situations to happen without affecting you in any way, shape or form. So I don’t get involved with it, but I won’t let it influence my “inner peace”.

The Art of Allowing simply means that you let people just be who that want to be at any given moment. For example, my dad can be very annoying in asking me to do something… and when he asks me can you do this or that and I reply with yea I will do it in 5 min. He gives me a weird look and says: “No Eman, now” … and that my friends REALLY annoys me!!! I cannot stand it when someone tells me to do something (I have to work on this). Anyways, but NOW…

I say in my head… Allow him to be who he wants to be, just like you want to be who YOU want to be. Do not judge, do not let your ego tell you HOW you know things much better than the other person, do not give it any form of negative energy. Just allow it to be.

IT REALLY HELPS, IT DOES!!!

It takes practice and patience, but it’s one of the best things you can do for yourself and learn to get some inner peace.

3 Exercises without (almost) exercising

Many of my friends who saw my YouTube video of last Sunday, have sent me many great comments and compliments and it is much appreciated!!! Thank you all ❤

In addition to my video, I am sharing with you a few things that you can do so you will enjoy the present moment more and add meaning to your life.

1. When your energy is not aligned with the higher source (Universe, God, Spirit), you will feel very negative, sad, annoyed, irritated, and or angry. Sometimes the smallest things can trigger those feelings in us. To go back to your positive self, just stop what you are doing and take a couple of deep breaths. Close your eyes and say to yourself (loud or in silent) “Life IS beautiful, NOW!”, say it 3-5 times and open your eyes. Look at everything around you and realise the colours, the forms, shapes, sounds and relax.

2. This is what I like to do most of the time when I do not feel like I can be in the now because my mind cannot stop thinking. I would like to go for a run somewhere in nature, I have to at least be surrounded by water or trees (nature). I love getting everything out of my system that is negative with every step I take. But instead of running, you can go cycling, go for a drive or take a walk.

3. Read. Knit. Drink coffee/tea/juice. Eat something you really want. Play an instrument. Write. Draw. Sing. Whatever you enjoy doing, just do that for a little 30 min. Smile when you are doing it, be in the moment of what you are doing. Observe yourself and feel it! Feel that you are singing, hear your voice (whether nice or not, WHO CARES), feel the emotions that arise in you! You will feel much more relaxed and happy by the time you finish or stop.

Sometimes we feel it is difficult to be in the present moment because we think too much about past and future. But all that we have to realise is that NOW is the moment we are living in, and NOW needs all our attention. Whatever happened, already happened, and whatever is coming is already coming. When you are in the moment and you enjoy your life, the future will change, it will change for the better, because you have such positive vibration, IT’S THE LAW!

Full Moon Meditation

Hello fellow Human beings,

I feel so much attracted to this month’s full moon. Mostly it is about healing and letting go of old things that we hang on to and welcome new beginnings. It is time to heal as we are moving pretty fast into this year and I am sure you want to continue with clean energy. It is time to make things happen.

The challenge will be the over-thinking part, so don’t be afraid or angry at yourself when you catch yourself over-thinking a situation. Observe the thought, smile, and imagine it passing by like a cloud. If that doesn’t help, try to focus on your breath or be full aware of what you are doing at the moment. For example if you are walking, feel your legs taking a step, feel the ground, put your attention to the muscles that are moving and how the rest of your body is participating in the walking.

With that being said I have a very nice meditation that I would like to share with you. Below I will take you step-by-step from beginning to end and I hope you will have a great experience. Please share it with me if you wish, I would love to hear from you.

  1. Drink a glass of water. As you do this, think of positive changes you want to make in your life.
  2. Write those down on a piece of paper.
  3. Sit or lay down (I prefer to sit because I fall asleep easily) and take 7 deep breaths. When you feel completely calm bring your attention to your heart.
  4. Ask your heart, what is it that hurts you the most now. You might start feeling emotional, angry, sad, fearful etc. Don’t run away from the feeling and don’t open your eyes. Just look at this emotion/feeling and observe it. What is it doing, does it have a color, how is it acting with your mind and body.
  5. Ask the feeling why it is there, and what it has taught you during this time.
  6. When you get an answer say to yourself loud and clear: “I understand the lesson, I have learned it now, I let go of this situation and or feeling with ease and grace into the Universe”.
  7. Visualize and see it that this feeling is going up into the Universe.
  8. When you feel that you are calm and safe, take again 7 deep breaths.
  9. Now imagine the full moon full of positive energy, sending it your way (what you want to change and improve).
  10. Ask for guidance and ask how to move further with what you want to change. Any ideas coming up write it down.
  11. When you have got everything you feel you need say the following: “I accept the guidance of the Universe, I let the Universe show me all the right ways to move forward, I am ready to move forward”.
  12. Take 7 deep breaths, with every breath you take, feel the positive energy going into your body.
  13. Open your eyes and drink a glass of water.
