The world is a funny place to live in. And may we all experience the great things it has to offer us. As we all know, something is in the air… the virus everyone or most of us at least fear. It is scary yes, and depending on your health it can be vital or “just” a flu. But lets all learn from what is happening. I have posted a video on my Instagram regarding how to change your perspective on the Coronavirus. In this blog I would like to put some attention on HEALTH, it is now really important to take care of our body, mind and soul.
Whether if that means going vegan, eat meat every now and then or be a pescetarian, it is all in your hands. Choose the diet that fits you most! But lets also consume less of refined sugars, soda’s, cigarettes, alcohol, etc. To not make it a long health report, I would like to give you some things that can help to boost your immune system. Also, don’t forget to not panic, learn how to be mindful and be in the moment, do not stress, and do not worry about what is going to happen, Be in the moment and be the best you can be for yourself and for others.
