If you don’t know it already, thoughts are energy. As simple as it may seem it is not always easy for the human brain to understand. We think to much! Always worried about things that are not going to happen, or what the future might or might not bring, being sad or angry about the past. The mind just cannot sit still sometimes and our FOCUS goes into a very wrong direction. Trust me, I’m telling you this from experience. If over-thinking was a competition, I will be the one winning the prize over and over again.
However, thanks to the books that I have been reading over the years and the seminars I went to and the video’s I have been watching on YouTube, I can understand a bit more about energy and thoughts. The mind is hungry for negative thoughts and feelings, it is being fed that way and it will continue if you don’t know how to give it a good meal!
If you want to change your circumstances start with one simple thing…FOCUS. If you do not know where you are focusing on look at where you are now in life.
- Are you happy (most important question) ?
- Are you healthy ?
- Do you love your job (99% will say no) ?
- Have you created (or on your way) of creating the abundance you desire?
- Do you like the people you hang out with ?
- What is your first thought when you wake up and the last one when you go to sleep?
You can ask yourself whatever you want, what is your current situation now and are you happy with it. If not, then you know what you are focusing on… not the things you want to attract in your life.
You see, the energy you are attracting in your life HAS to match your focus. NO EXCEPTIONS… trust me ;).
Change your focus and you will change the energy coming into your life ..and thennn ….the results that you want to see in your life will flow just like a river.. so calm and peaceful… hmm that’s a nice feeling.
